In the pursuit of its charitable missions, it is Provident’s goal to become a national not-for-profit organization committed to the development, ownership, and operation of: acute healthcare and related facilities and services; senior living facilities and communities and supportive services across the country; comfortable, affordable, low and moderate income housing communities; and education and environmental resources. Furthermore, Provident will actively strive to assist state and local governments in lessening the burdens they face in providing many needed services to their citizens. Provident will provide the highest level of professional management services while implementing creative financing structures to lower the cost of capital in pursuing its mission based business activities. We firmly believe this approach will serve to fulfill Provident’s mission while enhancing the quality of all the services within Provident’s facilities and communities and further enhance the value of each facility within the communities Provident serves.
